Vital Statistics for Accounts & Tax is our flagship accountancy package. This flexible, monthly package has been intelligently designed to deliver your accounting needs throughout the whole year. You’ll receive the support your business needs – when it needs it.

Not only will you benefit from our day-to-day accountancy services, but you’ll benefit from quarterly and annual reviews. We can provide payroll services, prepare your annual accounts and advise on how funds are withdrawn from the business. On top of that, you’ll also receive tax advice from an experienced business advisor.

Support will always be available by email and telephone. So not only will you have the accountancy service that’s right for your business, but you’ll receive valuable business advice. We will agree a monthly cost with you upfront, so you won’t find any unexpected invoices arriving in your inbox!

Accountancy services

Via your chosen cloud accounting packages, we keep your day-to-day accounts tidy. We’ll clear up any anomalies and assist with your accountancy queries.

Annual review

You’ll meet annually with a business advisor to review your accounts and help you decide your salary and dividend policy.

Payroll services

We provide payslips and monthly summaries and manage all the relevant reporting to HMRC.

Company secretarial services

We’ll prepare your annual confirmation statement and file it with Companies House on your behalf.

Quarterly VAT submission

Using your accounting system we compile your quarterly VAT return and manage its submission to HMRC.

Director dividends

Minutes of meetings and preparation of dividend vouchers. (Essential to combat any attack by HMRC into how funds are withdrawn from the business.)

Annual accounts preparation

Your annual limited company accounts will be prepared and filed, alongside your corporation tax return
